Completed in 1998, it houses 13 families in rehabilitated homes and new duplexes adjacent to Burkhart Park in the Waverly School area. The community building is home to Albany Partnership for Housing and Community Development offices. There is also a computer lab availble to residents.

Acquired in late 1996, the 1.02 million dollar apartment complex is part of the federal government's program to preserve affordable housing created in the 1960s and 70s. It is located across from Calapooia Middle School and is home to 40 families with laundry facilities and a computer lab.

Completed in 1995, Periwinkle was the first Partnership neighborhood. There are 30 factory-built cottages and two apartments on SE Queen Ave., with a community building, laundry facilities, computer lab, & playground. The residents reflect a typical neighborhood with couples, families, and seniors. Shopping and medical services are within walking distance.

The newest Partnership project finished in June 2000, has 48 family housing units, with a community building, computer lab, landscaped open space, play area, and on site laundry. It is located off 21st and Marion Streets.
