Volunteer Positions:
- Help for Seniors- We need Individuals interested in helping senior citizens with yard work and general cleaning that might be hard for an older person to do.
- Adopt-a-Property- We need individuals interested in adopting one of our properties for help landscaping, gardening, building benches, ect…
- Paint Crew- We need individuals and groups interested in helping us with the painting of units.
- Mentors- We need volunteers interested in tutoring and providing educational support for children.
- Board Members- Interested in increasing and improving Albany’s stock of affordable housing? You should work or reside in the city limits of Albany. You should have an interest in helping low income individuals and families become more self-reliant.
- Web Design Internship- Keep APHCD website current. Position a great opportunity for creativity!
- Computer Technician- Provide computer expertise and networking support to APHCD staff.
- After school and summer school internship- Provide onsite summer activities for children at APHCD properties.
